There is a Green Line walking trail a mile or so from our house. We take walks there frequently during the good weather and push the kids in their strollers. Addy still likes to sit there and watch everything, and Grayson has to be talked into it by promising him a lollipop and a bunch of rocks to throw in the Wolf River when we pass by it! We always see plenty of other walkers, bikers, and joggers, but we are always on the lookout for wildlife. Tonight we were not disappointed! We saw a bunny, 5 turtles swimming, a tiny hopping frog only the size of the tip of my finger, and something large and furry swimming in the water. Most unusual and impressive was this huge snake sitting on the tree trunk in the middle of the water!
After we walk we always stretch our legs a little bit, and Grayson always gets in on the action! Nothing like a hard ride in the stroller to make you want to stop for a stretch! Ha!
