Happy 10 Months Little Miss Adelyn!! This month you've officially been outside mommy's tummy longer than you were inside! And this month you have been on the MOVE! You learned how to really crawl on your hands and knees this month, you learned how to pull up/push up on things, you learned how to stand up in your crib, and your FAVORITE activity is holding on to our hands and walking all over the house! This is very tiring for mommy and daddy, but you love it and cry when our backs or knees get tired and we pick you up! Your second favorite activity is spending the first 20 minutes (or more) of nap time pulling up on every side of your crib to survey your room. Then you drop down on your bottom, crawl to another spot, and pull up again. We can't let you out of our sights for more than about 3 seconds or you will have crawled somewhere or over to something you shouldn't be playing with! You still don't care too much about your toys, but you love everything of Grayson's. Luckily he's a pretty good sharer with most things :)
This month you had your first Super Bowl party and your first Valentine's Day. You also had infinite play dates with Grayson and his friends. Pretty soon you'll be having play dates with your own friends! One of the new things we did this month was changing from Huggies to Pampers. Huggies worked perfectly for the first 9 months of your life, and then all of the sudden you started wetting through your diaper and clothes constantly. Sometimes we'd both have to change clothes multiple times a day! Well we'd had enough of that, so we switched to Pampers, and we've been dry ever since! We also traded in your swaddle blanket for a Sleep Sack, and it's been great. We'd really just been using the swaddle blanket wrapped around under your armpits to keep you warm for the past few months. Unfortunately we've also had plenty of sick days and doctor visits. We CAN'T WAIT for Spring and for this sick stage to pass!
You are still just the cutest, sweetest little girl with a big personality, and we love you very very much!
