July 4th

We spent the long 4th of July weekend at home in our Franklin house, and it was so nice! We spent most the time just unpacking and trying to sort out the jungle our backyard had become, but we got to do some relaxing too! On Monday we went to the downtown Franklin street festival. It was so hot, but we still had fun. Grayson got to visit the petting zoo and try his first corn dog. He said it was "Yum!" We were SO sad when David had to leave to go back to Memphis Monday afternoon, but at least it's a short week, and we'll get to see him again on Friday!
